  Very poor customer service. The lady taking the orders was rushing you through and kept asking is that it. Then had an attitude because she charged the lady in front of me for my order. I understand people have bad days and working in the food industry is not a walk in the park. But it’s the whole restaurants that has an attitude. Lady at second window had an attitude about me asking for sugar for my coffee, because the lady taking the orders didn’t put it on my order. Now to the food. Food has went down hill over the past couple months. This location has discontinued half the menu and what they do serve is old and stale. Coffee was extra burnt even had coffee grounds in side. Staff obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. This visit was also at 7:30 am prime time for fresh coffee and donuts.

  We went through the drive through to get green St. Patrick's Day donuts. We asked for a half dozen glazed (I feel like I shouldn't have to specify that I want green ones) and they gave us regular ones (not green) that weren't even hot even though the hot sign was on (again, I didn't think I had to specify). This all just seems like common sense that they don't have.

  We really like the lemon filled and cream filled chocolate puffs. But the cream and the lemon fillings is a joke. You need to have a microscope to find the filling. Not worth the money.

  Yes indeed lol nothing bad to say about the love of me and my grandbabies life. Adore this place.. this is our favorite place in the world
